Infogroup, a data and marketing services company, hired Robert Weathersby as general counsel. Weathersby previously was a partner at Andrews Kurth, where he represented clients in the technology, computer hardware, financial services, oil and healthcare industries.


Anne Small rejoined the Securities and Exchange Commission as general counsel. Small previously served as the agency's deputy general counsel for litigation and adjudications, before leaving in October 2011 to become special assistant to the President and associate counsel to the President at the White House Counsel's Office. Before entering the public sector, she was a partner in the litigation department of WilmerHale.


Joshua Jarrell joined the West Virginia Department of Commerce as deputy secretary and general counsel. Jarrell most recently was an associate in the energy and real estate practice group of Bowles Rice McDavid Graff & Love. His prior work experience also includes a stint as finance director for Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX) and as a legislative correspondent for Senator John D. Rockefeller IV (D-WV).
