Reese Witherspoon doesn't have to ask Emitations.com her infamous question: “Do you know my name?” There's no mistaking the online jewelry retailer knows exactly who she is, and the Hollywood starlet is none too pleased.

Witherspoon filed a suit against Marketing Advantages International, the parent company of Emitations.com, claiming the company has unlawfully used her name and image on its site.

Emitations.com, a U.K.-based jeweler that sells inexpensive jewelry, advertised its “Celebrity Style Jewelry: Reese Witherspoon's Engagement Ring” on its site. Alongside the ad ran a photo of Witherspoon wearing the apparent engagement ring.

Witherspoon says in her suit that she did not give the company permission to use her likeness, and as a result, it has exploited her name and face to sell jewelry, including her engagement ring knockoff.

Details of the damages Witherspoon is seeking have not been disclosed.
