You may be Team Edward or Team Jacob, but a West Hollywood doorman and three of his apartment residents are hoping that the courts aren't Team Ashley.

Actress Ashley Greene, best known for playing Alice Cullen in the Twilight movie series, is being sued by the doorman of her West Hollywood apartment building in a suit filed in California court on Nov. 18.

In the lawsuit, TMZ reports, Adrian Mayorga claims that he suffered exhaustion, dehydration and smoke inhalation as a result of running through smoke-filled hallways, telling residents to flee. He seeks undisclosed damages related to a hospital stay shortly after the incident.

The fire originally started in Greene's apartment after a candle set a sofa ablaze. One of Greene's two dogs, a fox terrier named Marlo, died in the fire. At the time, the LAPD officially ruled that the fire was an accident.

However, according to the New York Post, neighbors believe that Greene has not taken full responsibility for her actions in the days since. Three other neighbors have also sued Greene for fire and soot damages to their apartments as a result of the blaze. And from statements made to the Post, there seems to be no love lost between the neighbors.

“Living next to Ashley was pure hell,” says neighbor John Luciano, one of the three suing Greene for apartment damage. “It was like living next to Studio 54, with people coming and going at all hours of the night. We would have had more peace and quiet living next to Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller.”

Alice Cullen may be able to see the future, but it does not seem that the character passed that ability on to her real-life counterpart. According to the Post, a source close to Greene says she is “completely distraught” over the situation, and that “[n]one of it was intentional.”
