After a stint at Hogan Lovells, Miyun Sung has returned to in-house work as Finjan Holdings Inc.'s vice president, corporate counsel. In this newly created role at the cyber-security company, she oversees SEC reporting, security issuance, corporate governance and M&A activities.
Before working at Hogan Lovell, Sung served as senior counsel for MicroStrategy Inc., where she was responsible for SEC reporting, corporate governance and general corporate issues. She was also involved with negotiating complex commercial agreements.
