Lovell White Durrant advised software makers Zergo Holdings on the acquisition of Ireland's Baltimore Technologies for $37.5m (£23.4m), which was completed last week. Baltimore (the new operating name) also signed a licensing agreement with Intel Corp. In-house lawyer Simon Enoch represented Zergo and David Thompson of Clifford Chance acted on behalf of Intel, which will also support the Common Data Security Architecture (CDSA) Security Framework for its developer toolkit products. Zergo also formed a strategic alliance with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to provide a global security and network consultancy. Richard Pakenham-Walsh of Clifford Chance advised PwC.
