Clifford Chance’s Paul Kruger (Hong Kong) acted for Warburg Dillon Read in the first public rated securitisation by a Korean entity. The deal included Kexim, which provide finance to Korean exporters, issuing $230m (£143.8m) senior secured floating rate notes and securitised receivables valued at $668m (£417.5m).
