Hayley Stallard (above left) of Field Fisher Waterhouse (FFW) is a confident authority in this area, concentrating her career 100% on advertising and marketing. She qualified in 1990 and has been at FFW since 1996. Her main areas involve comparative advertising, international promotions, merchandising and endorsement sponsorship deals.
Rafi Azim-Khan, (above centre) manager of advertising at Theodore Goddard, concentrates on e-commerce, promotions, sponsorship, merchandising and various other commercial agreements.
He has worked at the firm since September 1997 and qualified in 1993. Azim-Khan is described as a "leader in advertising" and "a real go-getter who has managed to build up a substantial advertising practice in a short space of time".
Dealing with "a broad range" of the top advertising agencies, Robert Wegenek (above right), a partner at Edge Ellison, who started there after training seven years ago, has, according to another partner, "dealt with some groundbreaking deals at the cutting edge of the business for a number of years".
Olswang's Louise Quinn has been qualified for a year. Having previously worked in advertising, she deals with a lot of clearing rights and has conducted two high-profile cases promoting British products on TV.
