Steptoe & Johnson Rakisons has set up a new practice group based in London. The new group will focus on European Union and international law, trade and investment matters. Partner Iain MacVay, who is moving from Rowe & Maw, will work with Chris Gibson, former head of the
e-commerce section at the World Intellectual Property Organisation to establish the new practice. Technology partner Maury Shenk, who moved from the Washington office to London, will also join the group.
