Nixon merges with Lillicks

Boston firm Nixon Peabody has agreed to merge with 70-lawyer West Coast firm Lillick & Charles in a bid to build a bi-coastal firm. The merger will create a 500-fee-earner firm. Lillicks brings expertise in banking and insurance to the merged firm, which now has 12 offices throughout the east and west coasts of the US.
