West Coast firm Latham & Watkins has boosted its Washington office with the appointment of Julie Greenisen as of counsel. Greenisen moves from Georgian firm Troutman Sanders, where she was a partner in the firm's energy practice. "Julie will add to the depth and experience of our Washington office at Lathams," said David Schwartz,
a partner in the firm's energy group.
