Blue Circle's Tapp runs with Carillion

Carillion has hired Blue Circle head of legal Richard Tapp to be its new director of legal services. Tapp will take over from Dirk Fitzhugh who is retiring at the end of this month. The Blue Circle
in-house team is to close by the end of the year following its acquisition by French cement group Lafarge earlier this year.
