A&O associates quit to open boutique

Two former Allen & Overy (A&O) senior associates have set up their own two-partner asset finance boutique in Frankfurt. Frank Thomas left the firm earlier last year, while Jens Wanner left in December. They aim to corner the lower end of the asset finance market and are expected to have a flow of referral work from A&O in Germany.
