Orricks hires CC German partner for New York

The New York office of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has hired a German partner from Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells.
Johannes Gaebel, previously at CC's New York office, started at Orricks on 13 March. He has joined the firm's corporate and technology practice group and also has wide experience in M&A and securities issues.
Former CC colleague and senior associate Roland Furst has also moved with Gaebel, joining Orricks corporate and technology practice group as of counsel.
