CMS Cameron McKenna corporate partner Richard Price has been elected by the partnership to replace Bill Shelford as the firm's senior partner when he stands down at the end of April.
Price was voted in last Thursday (21 March), beating two other candidates for the position, corporate partner Sean Watson and healthcare partner Chris Hodges.
Price, who is one of Camerons' biggest billers and best-known corporate lawyers, will succeed Shelford on 1 May for a four-year term. Shelford will remain at the firm as a consultant.
