Birmingham-based solicitors Lee Crowder has installed a firm-wide knowledge management system, based on case management software from Solicitec.
Lee Crowder is the first firm to implement Visual Files, a software application recently launched by Solicitec.
The firm originally intended to use the software to automate transactional processes and help fee earners cope with increasing workloads. But the system will now cover both procedural and non-procedural work.
