Norton Rose corporate partner Ian Fox has advised HSBC Investment Bank on its sponsorship of the full London listing of Property Fund Management. The company will use the £6m raised as seed capital in the raising of new industrial property funds and for the expansion of its European operations. TJG advised Biocompatibles on the IP aspects of the sale, while Linklaters provided corporate advice. Slaughter and May corporate partners Frances Murphy and Jeff Twentyman advised Abbott Laboratories.
