Minnesota court to hear MDP proposals

The Supreme Court of Minnesota will this month hear the Minnesota State Bar Association's (MSBA's) proposals to allow multi-disciplinary partnerships (MDPs) at state level.
The MSBA is calling for alterations to the Minnesota rules of professional conduct to allow partnerships to be formed as MDPs, which it claims "would serve the interests of both clients and the legal profession."
