Willkie Farr & Gallagher has hired a highly-rated tax partner from Andersen Legal in a significant boost to the US firm's Paris tax department.
Marie-Helene Raffin, who will join the firm on 1 October along with two associates, becomes the 10th partner in Willkie Farr's 60-lawyer Paris office.
The appointment promises to hand Willkie Farr the leading French tax team yet built by a US firm, with Raffin joining Willkie Farr's tax partners Allard de Waal and Bernard Le-Pezron.
