Lawrence Graham (LG) has been dropped as principal legal adviser to publicly-listed financial advisory business Inter-Alliance Group in favour of Ernst & Young-tied law arm Tite & Lewis.

The appointment follows the completion of a complex rationalisation programme led by Tite & Lewis' M&A team, which integrated 87 associated companies of the client into one group.

LG has advised the client on a number of deals in the past two years, including an £18m fund-raising last June and a £4m investment by Evolution Group in January 2002, yet was overlooked when Tite & Lewis was invited to act on its restructuring last year.
