Brachers appoints pair in Maidstone

South of England firm Brachers has appointed former KLegal lawyer Kevin McAllister and Claire Williams of Herbert Smith as corporate counsel in its Maidstone office. McAllister joined in March to head the corporate finance team. Head of corporate and commercial Chris Holme said: "The arrival of Keith and Claire significantly enhances our corporate finance team."
