Cambridge firm Taylor Vinters has recruited independent financial adviser (IFA) Sallyann Short to the firm's financial services and financial planning team. She joins from Mark Armstrong Financial Services. Taylor Vinters now has three qualified IFAs in the department, which is headed by trusts and tax partner James Packer
