Clifford Charnce (CC) hired the assistant general counsel of Overseas Private Investment Corporation (Opic) as a counsel. Ronald Jonkers joins CC's 10-lawyer Washington DC projects group after 11 years at Opic. Jonkers has also been a partner at Hazel & Thomas, vice president of First Interstate Bank's Capital Markets Group, and has also served as vice president of First Interstate Public Finance Co.
