Holman Fenwick & Willan has hired a senior project finance partner from White & Case's Singapore arm. Alistair Duffield, who has been based in Singapore for 12 years, moves to Holman Fenwick's nine-lawyer local base. Duffield has worked on some of the US firm's biggest deals in the jurisdiction, including advising the Japan Bank for International Co-operation on loans to a major Malaysian natural gas project.
