Gibson Dunn hires FTC deputy director

Los Angeles-based Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has hired the deputy director of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Competition as co-chair of its antitrust practice. Sean Royall has spent over two years at the FTC and joins as the fifth co-chair next to Robert Cooper, Michael Denger, Gary Spratling and Daniel Swanson.
