Bakers bolsters its Brussels tax arm

Baker & McKenzie has hired Philippe Lion, a tax director at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), to bolster its tax practice in Brussels. Lion becomes the 13th partner in Brussels and specialises in corporate tax and international tax planning for multinational companies. Koen Vanhaerents, managing partner of Bakers' Belgium practice, said: "Philippe will be offering the firm's clients global expertise in all their tax operations."
