Gateley Wareing has hired Edwards Geldard head of corporate finance Mark Rutherford. Rutherford has joined the Nottingham arm of the firm as a partner. Gateley Wareing senior partner Michael Ward said: "This was an outstanding opportunity to develop the corporate finance team in our East Midlands offices." The Midlands firm has offices in Nottingham, Birmingham and Leicester.
