Morgan Lewis & Bockius has hired a 15-lawyer team from Paris banking leader De Pardieu Brocas Maffei & Leygonie to launch a French practice. The deal, which needs approval from the Paris Bar, will see De Pardieu name partner Jean Leygonie join the Philadelphia-based firm. Leygonie is joined by fellow partners Anne Tolila, Florence Guthfreund-Roland and Francois Vergne, plus 11 associates.
