Lovells HK arm boosted by Barr

Lovells has hired Johnson Stokes & Masters consultant Jamie Barr as a partner to boost its Hong Kong office. Barr, who started on 1 May, focuses on corporate finance, covering privatisations, IPOs, M&A, joint ventures and private equity transactions. Greg Terry, head of Lovells' Asian corporate practice, said: "We have seen a lot of interest in our corporate practice over the past nine months."
