Coudert picks up Asia teams from Dentons

Coudert Brothers has hired two partners and their teams from Denton Wilde Sapte's defunct Singapore practice to its global finance and mergers & acquisitions practices in the Asia/Pacific region. Oliver Wright (M&A) and Dan Marjanovic (project finance) joined Coudert with David Chong, Rashed Idress, Rina Lee and Tan Su-Ming this month. Coudert's Singapore managing partner Lance Miller said: "Their experience with cross-border transactions and [the] energy sector makes them a strong fit for Coudert."
