Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy's London arm has promoted UK project finance lawyer Catherine Marsh to its partnership, taking its total number of partners in the City to 13, seven of whom are UK-qualified. Marsh specialises in representing banks and sponsors particularly in the Middle East. London managing partner Phillip Fletcher said: "We are committed to growing internally and not just through lateral hires."
