Manzoor Attacks Law Soc Complaints Plans

The Legal Services Complaints Commissioner Zahida Manzoor has criticised the Law Society's recently submitted complaint handling plan, branding it inadequate. Speaking this week (15 November) she said: "I cannot say [the plan] is adequate to achieve the targets I have set." Manzoor has given the Law Society until 1 April 2005 to submit a new plan.
