Nick Holt, the high-profile former head of KLegal, has joined Irish firm Mason Hayes & Curran just a year after leaving the accountancy-tied firm to join headhunters Global Legal Search. The surprise move sees Holt named as Mason Hayes' London representative with a brief to develop the mid-tier Irish firm's UK client base. Holt will continue to work with Global Legal Search.
