Clifford Chance has finalised the candidates for its global head of corporate position. London managing partner Peter Charlton and Italian managing partner Nick Wrigley will contest the election, which will last for two weeks and will be voted on by the firm's corporate partners. The winner will succeed David Childs, who is standing down to concentrate on his role as chief operating officer.
