Herbert Smith competition and regulatory partner Elizabeth McKnight has been appointed head of the firm's newlycreated financial services regulatory practice, which is expected to bridge the firm's contentious and compliance regulatory practices. McKnight will work closely with partners Martyn Hopper and Scott Cochrane, who both specialise in financial services work.
