Lovells Sets Up Madrid Law Arm

Lovells has launched a Spanish public law practice with the hire of the secretary general of Spain's Nuclear Security Agency, Antonio Morales. Morales joined the top 10 London firm's fledgling Madrid arm on 27 June to head up its public law practice after serving as secretary general of the regulatory body from 2002 to June 2005.
