Cobbetts has hired two partners to bolster its property and housing teams.
Philip Heath will join the 139-partner regional firm's Birmingham arm as a social housing partner in November from Warwickshire practice Wright Hassall. The hire of Heath, who specialises in voluntary stock transfer work, consolidates the firm's merger last year with Leeds housing boutique Walker Charlesworth & Foster.
Meanwhile, Manchester-based Jane Trevithick becomes the firm's 25th property partner after joining from Pinsent Masons, where she was a senior associate.
