Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom's City arm has secured its third major deal in recent weeks from Doughty Hanson, after being instructed on the private equity house's £875m sale of tabloid-friendly celebrity clinic The Priory Group.
The deal saw Doughty regular Allan Murray-Jones lead Skadden's team on the sale to ABN Amro, which was advised by Linklaters.
It is the third recent deal Skadden has handled for Doughty, after the New York giant was instructed last month on the £1bn IPO of foods group RHM and the €485m (£330m) float of French battery manufacturer Saft Groupe.
