Jones Day Makes Squire Sanders Hire For Tokyo

Jones Day has hired a corporate finance partner for its Tokyo office.
Eric Sedlak becomes the 10th partner in the US giant's Japanese practice after moving from Squire Sanders & Dempsey's local arm.
He was previously managing partner of legacy firm Graham & James' bases in Vietnam and Singapore.
Jones Day's 29-strong Tokyo office's clients include Sumitomo Chemical, Honda, Verizon Communications and Peugeot.
