Hill Dickinson boosts professional indemnity team

Hill Dickinson has bagged an Addleshaw Goddard partner for its professional indemnity practice in Manchester.
James Preece, previously head of the professional indemnity group at Addleshaw Goddard, joined Hill Dickinson's Manchester office this week as a professional negligence partner in the professional services team headed by Paul Walton.
He has experience in financial services, pensions, professional indemnity and regulatory matters. He also advises financial institutions and insurers on issues including policy disputes and fund management disputes.
Hill Dickinson has further expanded its Manchester professional indemnity practice with the transfer of professional negligence partner John Porter from London and the recruitment of Ashleigh Williamson from Barlow Lyde and Gilbert.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
