US giant Jones Day has hired two senior lawyers from Coudert Brothers, John St Clair and Paul Lin, to beef up its Los Angeles office. St Clair, a partner in Coudert's Los Angeles office, joins as partner and focuses his practice on M&A and capital markets transactions. Lin, a Coudert senior associate, joins as an of counsel.
