Blake Lapthorn Linnell has installed dispute resolution partner Jonathan Lloyd-Jones as its new senior partner. Lloyd-Jones, who is based in the regional firm's Oxford branch, took over last week from the outgoing Carey Blake after winning out ahead of employment chief Max Craft in a partners' election. He will now oversee the top 100 UK firm's business strategy for a three-year term, which is likely to focus on beefing up its offering in the Thames Valley. Reported on legalweek.com (6 December).
