Linklaters has advised Lehman Brothers as manager on a £500m issue of fixed rate notes with warrants by Espirito Santo Financial Group (ESFG). The team was led by London capital markets partner Keith Thomson. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised ESFG.
