Kirkpatrick Hires SH M&A Head As Partner

Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham has recruited Stephenson Harwood's head of M&A, Kevin Dean, to its London corporate practice. Dean specialises in international M&A with a focus on the fund management, transport and leisure sectors. His recruitment is the sixth lateral partner hire for Kirkpatrick in London following the merger of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart and Nicholson Graham & Jones in 2005.
