Monckton Chambers has continued its drive to boost its European Union capability with the hire of new tenant Philip Moser from Hailsham Chambers. Moser, who joins the set next month, specialises in commercial agent, conflict and professional negligence law. His hire follows in the wake of two hires in the spring of last year: Heriot Currie QC from the Scottish Bar and Ian Rogers of 3 Hare Court.
