Addleshaw Goddard advised The English Cities Fund on the £40m disposal of a 130,000 sq ft section of Liverpool's St Paul's Square development to SI Limited Partnership. Head of real estate Michael Reevey led for Addleshaws, while Dundas & Wilson Edinburgh-based corporate partner Kenneth Rose acted for SI Partnership.
Finers Stephens Innocent (FSI) advised The Telegraph Group on its acquisition of a new HQ at London's Victoria Plaza for The Daily Telegraph for an undisclosed sum. FSI property head Melvyn Orton acted for The Telegraph Group. Norton Rose commercial property partner Robin Mitchell represented German seller Commerz Grundbesitz Investmentgesellschaft.
Ashurst real estate partner Gerald Kelly has advised the BP Pension Fund on the £100m acquisition of Riverside Retail Park from Royal & SunAlliance. Linklaters advised Royal & SunAlliance, with associate Sally Morris-Smith.
