FSA promotes two for enforcement division

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has made two internal appointments to fill two department posts in its enforcement division. Jamie Symmington has been named co-head of wholesale enforcement, working alongside Carlos Conceicao. He replaces Ian Mason, who left the regulator for Barlow Lyde & Gilbert late last year. William Amos is replacing Julia Dunn as head of retail enforcement. Amos joined the enforcement division in 2001.
