. Simmons & Simmons and Davies Arnold Cooper (DAC) have acted on the purchase and shariah-compliant financing of 100 Leman Street, London E1 for £31.4m. Simmons banking partner Philip Abbott and real estate partner Nick Jones acted for Aareal Bank, who provided £22.25m to assist in the funding of the acquisition. DAC commercial real estate partner Andrew Boulton and real estate finance partner Paul McCartney advised an investment vehicle sponsored by real estate investment company Arab Investments.
