Career Clinic: Should I complete my training contract in-house?
What would you do in this situation?

I have recently completed the second year of my law degree. I have been offered an in-house training contract within a large company.
I have read all the previous Legal Week issues discussing the pros and cons of moving in-house. However, I was wondering what would be the advantages and disadvantages of doing a training contract in-house? Would this put me at a disadvantage if, in the future, I wanted to work at a law firm?
Would it be better to complete my training contract in-house within a large company or to continue looking for one within a law firm, even if it means with a small firm?
