Herbies raids Hogan for Singapore securities

Herbert Smith has launched a US securities practice in Singapore with the appointment of securities and capital markets lawyer Nick-Anthony Burford as a senior associate. The practice, based within the corporate group, will focus on Southeast Asia and India. Burford joins from the local office of Washington DC-based firm Hogan & Hartson. He is admitted to practise in New York and Florida. Burford's practice centres on international offerings of securities.
