Latham & Watkins has recruited Maud Manon as of counsel in the firm's Paris finance department. She joins from Linklaters, where she was a senior associate in the firm's Paris office. She focuses on private equity, structured finance transactions and corporate syndicated loans. Her appointment brings the team up to 12 members, including two partners.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
